How does the process work?
Step 1: Consultation
- We’ll meet to understand your organization’s unique challenges and competencies.
Step 2: Exploration
- An internal exercise, we’ll gather and review information to curate e-learning solutions tailored for your organization.
Step 3: Product Development
- If a tailored solution is recommended and assessment is approved, we’ll proceed to product development.
- Our instructional designers will collaborate with subject matter experts to create course materials.
- Prior to public promotion, these course materials will be launched through our Learning Management System (LMS)
Step 4: Standardized Course
- If a standardized course is available through our catalogue, we will provide recommended learning solutions
